Terms of Service
Last updated: June 9, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cenithealth.com (the “Site”), operated by Cenit Health. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
No medical advice; no physician-patient relationship
The Site is for general information only. It does not provide medical advice, and using the Site or contacting us through it does not create a physician-patient relationship. A clinical relationship is established only through a separate written agreement after an evaluation. The program works alongside — not instead of — your primary care physician. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit a request.
Requests and information you submit
When you submit a form, please provide accurate information and do not include medical or health details. We use your submission to respond and, where appropriate, to schedule a consultation.
Payments, deposits, and enrollment
Payments and deposits are processed by Stripe. A membership deposit, where applicable, reserves your place and is credited toward your first-year membership; the specific terms of membership, deposits, and any refunds are governed by the separate written agreement you receive before enrolling. Course purchases grant access to the applicable course for the purchasing individual.
Continuing education (CME)
Where a course offers continuing medical education credit, that credit is provided through an accredited third party in accordance with its requirements. Credit is awarded based on completion of the activity as specified by the accreditor.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and videos — are owned by Cenit Health or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Statements about long-term health are aspirational and are not a guarantee of outcomes. Assessments described on the Site, including any retinal or research-derived tools, are used to inform care and are not offered as standalone diagnostic tests.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cenit Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
