Cenit Health (“Cenit Health,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, cenithealth.com (the “Site”).
This site is intentionally PHI-free
The Site is informational and is used to learn about our program, request a consultation, and access education. It is not our clinical system and is not intended to collect protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit medical or health details through our forms or chat. Any clinical information is handled separately within our HIPAA-covered clinical systems after you become a member — not through this Site.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email address, and the optional note you include when you request a consultation, ask about the program, or enroll in a course.
- Payment information: payments and deposits are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
- Technical information: standard data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected by our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) to operate and protect the Site. We aim to keep cookies and tracking to the minimum needed for functionality and security.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations.
- To process course enrollments and deposits.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To communicate with you about your request or the program.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with service providers who help us run the Site and our business, including: Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Cloudflare (hosting, security, and video delivery), and Google Workspace (email). These providers process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Security & retention
We use reputable providers, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided by emailing us at aj@cenithealth.com. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
